Where's my book?
Books are shipped via US Priority Mail or UPS Ground within 1-2 days from the time we get the order, and it takes about 5-6 business days for coast-to-coast shipment. If you want your order more quickly, let us know when you order. If your shipment didn't get to you, or if you're just wondering about it, then give us a call. We can usually track its location and give you a time to expect it.

Returns Policy
Our products are the best available, but you're the boss! If the book is still in good condition and you are not happy for any reason whatsoever, send it back for a full refund. If you could include a note explaining why, it will help us to make an even better product.
